My Favorite Socks...

At least until the next pair I knit...

Details:
Pattern: Embossed Leaves IK Favorite Socks
Yarn: Sophie's Toes, "Froggy"
Modifications: none really. The first one I knit traditionally on dpns (size1) and the second I Magic Looped. No real reason why I did it that way, I just did.
Comments: This pattern knits up amazingly fast. The lace pattern isn't immediately intuitive but once you "get" it, it moves along really well. The toe is really cool. I briefly considered doing a traditional toe and then figured that Ann Budd devised this toe for a reason and gave it a go. It is very cool and fits really well. Nothing more can be said about Emily's yarn, it is fiber sex, and good sex at that. Just saying...



**Old ladies sisters with Cankles that haven't started their blogs and don't knit socks shouldn't make comments about YOUNGER sister's slender ankles and cast cankle-licious aspertions! Just sayin...

This is what I've been sleeping with this week. It must be spring. Thunderstorms means Heidi is scared of the dark and must sleep with mommy and daddy. Thank goodness that daddy was on the road this week so there was still room for Mommy in the bed...
