Okay, see what Erin said above...that makes me the WINNER!!!! ;) Seriously, I love your podcasts...and I laughed outloud about the first commenter who hadn't even read the post by the knitter lady. I see that "first comment" thing on many blogs I read. Especially Dooce (when she is taking comments. Anywho...your podcasts will keep me coming back.

I just found your podcast and am thoroughly enjoying it! And I have to say, I totally agree with you about this celebrity thing. Just a few days ago I scratched my head as I listened to someone else's podcast where about 80% of it consisted of squealing because a celebrity (The Harlot, I think?) sent her a book and an email. (I didn't make it through the entire podcast because I just couldn't take the squeals.) And I totally don't get it when I read a blog entry and see a comment where all they have typed in is "FIRST!!" Who cares? lol! I have met many "knitting celebrities" and have failed to get the vapors as a result. I just usually think "Oh, wow. She is a really nice person."
